I think many of us would like to shop at Whole Foods and have never stepped foot inside because we just assume it’s way out of our budget. Especially when couponing and looking to get some things for free. After couponing for about a year I decided to take a trip to Whole Foods with some coupons in hand and boy was I WRONG about not being able to save at Whole Foods!
IN STORE COUPONS
Make sure you look for the coupon booklets inside Whole Foods. They come out 6 times a year and are filled with some great coupons. You can even grab an extra coupon booklet or 2 so that you ca keep redeeming the coupons even after the booklets are no longer available in the store. The coupons are generally good for 3 months.
Did you also know you can print store coupons right on Whole Foods website right here? Click here to print store coupons
PLUS …Whole Foods will allow you to stack coupons. What does this mean? MORE SAVINGS 🙂 It means you can use a store coupon PLUS a manufacturers coupon on the same item.
Alexia Sweet Potatoes are on sale for $4
Use a store coupon for $1 PLUS a manufacturers coupon for $2 . This is allowed and will give you even more savings ! But the savings won’t stop there!
If you downloaded any of the rebate apps I have mentioned below. You can check to see if any of them are offering cash back on this item and save even more! I use all of them and more and more healthy items are being added to these apps on a daily basis! Plus…many of the apps will feature items based on what your previously purchased 🙂
Here are the apps I use and highly recommend you add if you don’t already have them :
Ibotta – Sign Up Here
Snap By Groupon – Sign Up Here
BerryCart – Sign Up Here
BerryCart which is another great money saving app offering cash back on the best Organic, Gluten-Free, non-GMO, and Vegetarian foods? BerryCart is a free iPhone and Android app with exclusive cashback rebates on just these kinds of foods and drinks.
Did you also know up by Customer Service in the store there are free snacks that are offered to kids?! That’s 100% savings right there! 🙂
Whole Foods also has a great bulk section and when you stock up and buy 25lbs or more , you will save 10% on everything. Plus save 10% on any product in the store when you purchase by the case.
The butcher in the meat section will actually cut and season your meats any way you like them. You can do this with cheeses as well! Ask the deli to slice or divide any cheese for you at no additional cost.
Receive a $0.10 credit for ever reusable bag you use at checkout.
Pick up the 2015 Whole Planet Foundation Calendar, which costs $3.50 and has over $35 in Whole Foods coupons which are good through 12/31/2015!
Make sure you also check out the following sites below for even more organic printable coupons:
- Common Kindness
- Mambo Sprouts
- Plus you can always check out our Coupon Database Here and type in a specific item you are looking for to see if a coupon is available
Let’s also remember that before couponing , you were most likely more for not only groceries, but your household cleaners and health and beauty items. So don’t be afraid to spend a little more on your fruits , veggies and meats. (and if you want organic…GO FOR IT!)
I was able to justify many times going into Whole Foods that if I did spend a little more, it was OK. Because I saved so much the last 3 weeks by stocking up on paper towels , bath tissues and toothpaste. I was STILL saving over 50% than what I was spending before so once in a while it was OK for me to grab some of those organic meats. Now on a weekly basis I am still able to fill my freezer and freshener with organic veggies because I finally have it down to a science and soon you will too! Just keep following along! 🙂
